Default help with removing rogue security shiled - palladium pro
seem too have been infected with a rogue security shield app called Palladium pro

i cannot get rid of it and it is causing problesm, my normal security softward norton did nothing and i googled for infor and found a download called spyhunter but even though it said it found the file did not remove it

any clues help would be most appreciated, and btw use easy to understand words, i am by no means an IT understander

...... but seriously ...... I hope someone comes along soon to advise you. Good luck.

I had to deep six my last computer because it was so infected with malware and viruses. The system was older though and the tech guys said it wasn't worth saving.

And no. It wasn't from those porn sites.

These two programs might help you.

You might need to get rid of Norton first though, quickest way: http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_...834EN&ln=en_US

If you have trouble installing them, you might need to start the computer up in safe mode (usually hitting f8 at boot up)
