Download not working
 

I want to download this: Get Windows 7 “Aero Shake” Feature in Windows XP and Vista - Tweaking with Vishal

but when I clicked run, nothing happened. *sigh*

also, I want Windows Aero, and I don't have it, if there's any way to get it, if you know any way, please tell me...

when was the last time you defragmented your heard drive?

really? that's what you came up with? a defrag?

Downloading and running app and if it doesn't run first thing to check is NOT defrag. What does defrag have to do with anything other than slow computer?

Try redownloading in case the file you downloaded is buggy.
I would also try rebooting before you try reinstall.
One issue many people run into is they would run an exe 2nd and 3rd time and it won't run because
1st time they ran it, it froze and it is listed in the task manager and it locks up any other new processes ran.
So try rebooting.

I had to reboot my computer a billion times because it kept acting stupid...

maybe you have a virus.
you could always system restore and start with a clean slate

time to trash the computer away and buy a new one...

formatting your computer works too if your computer is working strangely, but more as a last resort

stop watching and downloading the porn...that might speed it up a bit
