He took it to a friends house and tryed it and it works. Used the same power cords and the rest of the cords that he had. Any idea what i should do. I am lost on it please help.

I don't follow. At this point we are resetting the TV, unplugged it and all. Waiting for a few minutes and will try again............ |

HDMI direct to TV. i went with xbox 360 because the ps3, while super sweet, costs so much more. i don't want a 500 dollar brick, and given the reliability of the ps2 (i had 3 or 4 of them over the years) i went with xbox. i know it will brick, but the investment is far less (although likely more in the long run). the one thing that peeves me is that psn is free, but xboxlive is about 10 bucks a month. |
