Hi guys, my friend were using Mozilla Firefox 15.0.1 in his laptop. As he wanted to use Firefox version 14. He accidently installs 14 version without un-installing 15th one. Now whenever he opens Mozilla a pop –up displays an error which says that Mozilla wants reboot. What should I do?

There is utility software named Revo un-installer. It has both free and pro version available in market. Download it as per your convenience, usually free version works nice too. Un-install the Mozilla Firefox using this browser. Then restart your computer. Hope it will work. After you un-install make sure to remove registries too and restart your system. This worked for me.

This is not a big issue. Open c drive and click on program files. You will find a folder name Mozilla Firefox. Delete that folder then run Ccleaner and registry module too. After that restart your system. This will completely erase the traces. Now open the system in safe mode and install Mozilla with whatever version you want.
