Hi everybody,
What are the differances between hub, switch and router? Also Where are they used most appropriate?
My question may be a little simple but I realy wonder it.

A hub broadcasts data to all connected devices, a switch selectively forwards data to the intended device, and a router connects different networks together. Hubs are outdated. Switches are used in local networks for device connectivity. Routers connect networks and provide routing and security features.
