Can't remember what it was. But i do remember, that it had windows 95, was slower than a snail, and had little to no space in it. Good thing back then, games weren't so damn huge.

I didn't own a computer until I turned 13. I remember using the school computers though in the 80s. Playing Oregon Trail & Carmen Sandiego on the Apple computers.
Same here.

Family-Owned: Amstrad PC1512

Personally-Owned: BMOB (Built My Own Box) System; P4, 128mb, intel board. enermax case. pretty sweet, hated the front panel color-changing lights running the height on both sides of the front of the case.

It was my dad's old Gateway. I don't remember the specs. It had a monitor the size of a house, Windows 98 (I'm almost positive), and it ran Roller Coaster Tycoon perfect.

Default first computer you ever owned
i figure that some of us had some really old computers when we were younger so i got to thinking a thread for us to post our old computers would be pretty neat. heres mine.

its a Texas Instruments TI-994a. it was hooked up to our tv and my dad used it to write programs for where he worked at and he could "call in" to work via a modem. i used it to play games on. one particular game i used to play alot was a game called Parsec. it was a space game where you shot stuff. it got rather difficult to play in some levels. heres a link to specs and info about it:

Texas Instruments TI-99/4A - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

**edit**
heres an emulator i found that has Parsec and a bunch of other games!!!! Software from HarmlessLion.com!

My first puter was a 33 mhz slow ass bastard. Then I got a 133 mhz, then after I got sick of those I bought myself a badass computer, then a decent laptop.
