Yes, it is a pain, but sometimes ya gotta do it. However, you may be able to work it out a little easier with NTFS, especially at 32-bit.

Later, when i have some extra time, i will reboot into safe mode and take a picture.

i have partition magic, but its not compatible with winxp (i think it is V8.0, and was made with 98 in mind)

I have far too much stuff to reinstall....

i may have to breakdown and requisition the household mp3's and jump drives to store my music and pictures if it gets to that.

LOL, that is what caused my problem with the D drive in the first place. I uninstalled Ghost hoping it would at least stop telling me that the D drive was full.
