It has been a LONG time since I've felt so sick with nervousness over a match. I suppose this is because this match feel so winnable- BUT we all know anything can happen in any given match. I swear, I want to give up being a big fan of any player from now on- forget it, Petra- once V and Roger retire. Feels so beyond silly. I told John we should just go to the Botanic Garden or something to get away. BUT, I also know, why bother. UGGGHHHHH.

Haha. To the contrary, with Nole not in a final for the first time since last years French, I am enjoying being able to watch today's match with no emotional investment in either of them.

That was a fabulous game at the end of the second, wasn't it? And not a moment too soon as far as Federer and his fans are concerned...

Crowd is doing nothing for Murray. Roof closing was always going to be an advantage for Federer. It will take extraordinary effort by Murray to force a fifth set.

It's futile to expect more rowdy behavior from a crowd consisting of British middle and upper classes. It's just not in their culture. Besides influence of a crowd is overrated anyway...
