at the risk of sounding cynical -- I sure would like to see a Final where neither player calls for the trainer.

Since Marin Cilic was galled for delay of game in one of his matches; do you think either Rafa or Nole will get called for it ?

Rafa was called for it by the same umpire the next day . It was also on break point, Rafa missed his first serve but won the point.

Which translates to 3pm Central time. Which means I'll be in the middle of class, with one still left to go.

At least I won't have to suffer through Rafa losing to Novak again this year.

Nadal being really aggressive. He knows there's no other option. Also, he seem's to be using the Dolgopolov strategy of slicing his backhand a lot.

How odd, the score is tied 2-2 AND they both have won the same exact amount of points!

That exchange is precisely what is morally bankrupt about Mary Carillo. She goes from a discussion on illegal coaching to Serena Williams' fine, where there is no connection, and conveniently neglects to mention larger fines assessed against Mike Bryan and Philipp Petzscher. It is the selective nature of her "memory" or knowledge that works my nerves.

Unless one is a sexist pig/sow who thinks that such behavior is unacceptable for women but understandable for men.

If it keeps up like this, there won't be a whole lot left of them at the end

Is this not on TV anywhere? My guide says CBS is showing it, but they're showing Dr. Oz instead.

For being a lefty, Rafa's slice serve to the add court is pretty lame. And unreliable.

That blows.

I don't know greenhopper. We get West coast and East coast feeds on DirecTV and it's being shown live on both CBS affiliates.

Sure you are being vociferous enough in your condemnation? Tiff at the breakfast bar this morning? FWIW I think you are right to be annoyed that she has stolen your use of 'ass clown' and claimed it for herself by expressing it on the radio

So that's the female commentator I'm listening to? I was wondering who the pompous sanctimonious ass was.

I immediately HATE her. Hope she chokes on a chicken bone that irrepairably damages her vocal cords.

I now realize how TRULY fortunate I am with my commentators.
