Don't know that Djokovic played much differently today than he did last night. JM was more error prone and Novak wasn't having to fend off the barrage of missiles that were being launched at him by set 2 last night. Consistency won the day.
Delpo just needs to get a good run of matches in, particularly against some of the better players. His record and his movement/size doesn't suggest that grass will suit him, but if he stays injury free then he should be in excellent shape by the time the US Open rolls around. |

And at least twice, Ted Robinson has done the promo pimping the DirecTV mix on the very same day they slashed and burned their coverage. Huh? Yesterday on ESPN, fowler plugged the upcoming replay of caro/dani with something like, "the big upset of the day as the number-one seed goes down." pitythe people who had DVR'D it. |

I think the multichannel thin always expires at noon each day (or a consistent time each day) and it's only for week one. I think the schedule is advertised so it shouldn't be a surprise when it goes off each day. No idea about Robertson's ill-timed plugs. AT LEAST, NBC is showing live coverage. |
