It's funny because Serena (and Venus) fans mostly hate Carillo and I just see her as a disgruntled Serena/Venus fan. The same way you guys get angry at losses, so does she, but it's unprofessional and on air, so it's perceived as dislike of them.

That is an interesting way to look at it - I haven't thought of that before. hey, you could be right!
