God these Sting-juxtaposed montages are making my ears bleed. (Sometimes I'm not quite quick enough to the mute button.)

so did Petra inspire another obscenity-laced third round of a Slam meltdown on the other side of the net? Those are pretty awesome to experience live.

At least just now Enberg warned us we were going to listen to Sting...gave me time to mute the tv

Oh David... this has been depressing (and not unexpected). Between you and PHM, I'm bracing myself for a tough headcase day.

And am I the only one who thought it was weird that Sting was singing to Roger Federer and Rafa?

I think they're promoting some concert this Sunday. I expect/hope that means no Sting the second week

Off-topic, I get Playbill.com e-mails (theater stuff) and I just got one one promoting a "Night honoring 19th century composer Robert Schumann," which involves Sting and wife Trudi acting out Schumann's love story with his wife.

Great game from Daveed to break back, including a signature backhand up the line.
