It's been that way all tournament, even during WS doubles matches, at least for what I've seen. They played their quarter or semifinal match to maybe 1/8 capacity on Armstrong. |

Armstrong had a good crowd first Saturday for their doubles match against Latisha and Srebotnik. Not full, but I'd say somewhere between 60-75%. |

That reminds me... I've been meaning to ask... Did anyone else who went to one of the Williams doubles matches on Armstrong experience exceptionally tight security at the TOP of Armstrong? We were going back and forth between their doubles match and the Monfils/Acasuso match on Grandstand, and security wouldn't let anyone stand at the top of Armstrong. You had to take a seat. That was a new one for me. I wondered if it was just a one-time thing or if all of the Williams matches on Armstrong have the same security rule. They played earlier in the week on Grandstand, and people were standing at the rails above it, so I was a little baffled by the security on Armstrong.
