I had seen the ads in a couple of taxi cabs in Downtown, and I thought: funny, but it can't be tennis-related.... well, it was. I guess thay're trying anything to make people attend, because attendance last year was pitiful, but I'm not sure if someone who is not into tennis will be even aware of the grunting "controversy", much less go to the tournament because of it...

I've always felt that the US PTB treat Melanie Oudin as an outsider. I came to that conclusion after another mysterious bitch slap to Melanie. I was told that that is not the case though.

Why she didn't get a direct entry into the MD is beyond me. What does she have left to prove?
