lol. Rafa could do it. I would never have thought so a few years back, but he really could.
If he does win a career slam (or calendar slam), then there will need to be serious consideration of putting his career over Fed's even if Fed does manage to get to 15. I think Nadal could easily get to 10-12 himself. |

Of course Nadal "could" win the Career Slam. The only problem is that the U.S. Open is in September and in my brief survey through the last few years, I believe he's only once won a tournament after August and August itself has been thin (notwithstanding the Olympics). He has the ability to win the U.S. but his playing style is exhausting.
On Calendar Slam, it's not impossible but to knock down Fed/Murray/Djoky twice at majors will require some luck. I concede that barring injury, it's hard to see a loss at RG. |
