LOL, these bozos kill me. Didn't bin laden and zawahiri already call for jihads for various things already, like perhaps in every video they have ever put out. I could swear that I heard this all before, some jihad against Israel and the US for various things against Islam, maybe hundred times already. So when they call for jihad and no one listens, they just calls for it again and again and again. Perhaps they hope that from time to time, some outcast Western Muslim, while trying to go back to his roots and, at the same time, find some meaning in his life, will go out and kill some innocent people as well as himself.

It is getting harder to call this war on terror even a war. These terror gang leaders have no authority, they have no power. All they have is a long string of failures. They can no more stop the modern world from transforming the Arab World then they could stop US warplanes from destroying their little Arab terror army they brought to Afghanistan.

The WTC attacks was a disaster for al qaeda. One would think that they would be embarrassed to keep calling for jihad. It only shows how powerless they are.

The first US strikes were very nicely done, but the Taliban are alive, self-sustaining, and we haven't cut off their logistics or their popular support. Al Qaeda was only a small part of the problem, and they aren't gone either. All the "Tal-Qaeda" folks need to do is duplicate their past success against the Soviets by "not losing". As Operation Medusa shows, the Taliban can even fight conventional battles using Warsaw Pact tactics. They have the guts to face some serious firepower, and the demonstrated will to stay in the game for many years.
