They would be intercepted in any way... you can't put a nuclear bomb in cigaret's box.

With the fall of the Soviet Union, their army at one point 'lost' or lost track of several hundred warheads. If they can do this then it's axiomatic that someone can successfully transport one, intentionally, quietly.
