Radar can't detect Iran's "Shahab & Fecr"

Iran is very pretentious about their rockets and they say "impossible to detect on the RADAR" also for Fecr-3 rockets. They're also sure that Shahab Rockets can get in Israel without any trouble.

According to the Russians the technology looks suspiciously like copies of Soviet/Russian built "Shkval" torpedos. The Russians say that it would be impossible for Iranians to develop anything so technologically sophisticated given that the Soviets spent decades developing and perfecting these technology.
