If/when India wants to solve the Pakistani problem it will destroy Pakistan.

Negotiations never solve things like this, but merely protract the problem. Perhaps we will luck out and there will be an Indo-Pak war after Busharraf eventually falls. India is large enough to win a nuclear exchange against Pakistan and then finish it off with ground forces.
