I would just like to express my gratitude to all those who served and gave their lives on this day, 66 years ago on the beaches of Normandy, My grandfather included. He was lucky enough to survive but many did not. Thank you for your sacrifice.

I too would like to take a moment to remember my grandfather(s) that landed on the beaches of normandy and marched to Germany, and Austria.
I wish they were still around to tell them myself. I would also include all those WWII vets that I knew when I was growing up in the '60's. They were a great bunch of guys.http://www.uspoliticsonline.net/imag...ies/crying.gif
I would also like to thank my father, and uncles for fighting in Korea and Nam, my uncles and my cousins, that fought in Desert Sheild and my cousin that has seen duty in Iraq and now is in Afghanistan.
My sons and I were lucky enough to have no wars while we were in the service.
