Default Breitbart: Conservatives ‘outnumber’ liberals, ‘and we have the guns’
“They can only win a rhetorical and propaganda war. They cannot win. We outnumber them in this country and we have the guns… I’m not kidding. They talk a mean game, but they will not cross that line because they know what they’re dealing with. ” Read more here: http://www.rawstory.com/rawreplay/20...have-the-guns/

Violent rhetoric based on righteousness from a conservative? How unusual!

Yes yes, any time a politician threatens another politician with a weapon, it is all smack-talk.

All these Republicans who wave around guns are morons.

If you want a responsible gun owner, look at the military or police. Gun stays in the holster until its needed. Call it "evil big government" all you want, but the funny thing is -apparently the evil big government people are the only ones who understand weapons handling.

Sure everyone talks a big game, but... as far as trying to back that talk up with "guns," well...

Sure, this could be an empty/idle threat - but Breitbart appears to actually believe what he's saying. He said something to the effect of having high ranking officers who said they would provide military support.

Where and when did he say that. Some people take this crap to seriously.

How can you tell a politician is lying? His lips are moving!!!! They all suck

There are more responsible gun owners than just people in LE and the military.

You bet. Compensating for the lack of police presence in North Las Vegas. In the last 6 months there have been 5 shootings, multiple armed robberies, also 2 muggings of people with thier kids. Since I'm a single dad for the time being I have to take my kids everywhere.

N.Las Vegas has laid off close to half of thier dept. Crime was already sky rocketing before this happened.

Where and when did he say that.
Breitbart: "I always think to myself, ‘Fire the first shot. Bring it on.’ Because I know who’s on our side."

He then goes on and mentions that "major named people in the military" says that they have his back, or the backs of conservatives in general - it doesn't appear to be clear which, and it doesn't really matter.

Keep in mind that his speech is in the context of having liberals outnumbered and outgunned.

Some people take this crap to seriously.
Do I think this guy is a joke, whose words should be taken with grain of salt? At face value, without a doubt! However, what concerns me is not whether or not he has the ability to make such a "war" happen; it's the fact that he appears to think he does, or at the minimum, may want such a war to happen.

Do we want people who think like this in power? If I was a betting man, I'd bet that the majority of the people here on militarytimes.com with their bullshit military conservative bravado would make such a person king if they could. As for the sane folks? Hell no!

How can you tell a politician is lying? His lips are moving!!!!
There's lying, and then there's being delusional. The difference is that someone doing the latter actually believes what they're saying. Clearly, Breitbart is delusional.

Democrats who wave guns around are morons too Joe. The difference is they can't hit anything. I've been a responsible gun owner since before you were born (responsible meaning I've never hit anything I wasn't aiming at). Being from a state where the law-abiding citizens out gun the criminals could explain my different view. You back in CONUS yet?

By backing of named peope in military he means the backing support no Gahdaffi style support. Firing the first shot, yea like "throwing the first punch" or "striking first". They're all retarded. Is it even worth voting anymore.

Line of the day.

I've been a responsible gun owner since before you were born (responsible meaning I've never hit anything I wasn't aiming at). Being from a state where the law-abiding citizens out gun the criminals could explain my different view. At some point soon I do need to sit down and start the process to get a weapon - it feels a little weird not having weapons cards in my pocket anymore. It would be for self-defense purposes so a handgun. Other than that not sure - maybe a 9mm, because that's what I'm familiar with.

You back in CONUS yet? Hell I'm out already - got back home, signed up for school, signed up for a VA workstudy, and looking for a job.

He's an idiot. If there was some kind of Palpatine/Galactic Empire/1984 Fascist takeover in the USA - the military would be the ones breaking down doors and confiscating weapons. Hell, the Generals would make speeches about how we're "serving our country" by "fighting the terrorists". And frankly, I think people like Breitbart would be cheering every step of the way.

Some military would be defending the peope from the gov.

As far as home defense, you bet. A pump action pistol grip is perfect. It does 2 things. It gives you a small enough barrel to move around your house, and the pump action lets the criminal know there is a shotgun coming his way and its now loaded. Everybody knows the sound of a shotgun chambering a shell!!

I would very much like to believe that - but humans make perfect slaves. Tell them any bullshit story and they'll believe it.

Everybody knows the sound of a shotgun chambering a shell!! Which is nice - but too large to carry around with me. And a handgun would have sufficient stopping power for your typical home intruder. Stealing a television isn't worth getting shot over. Also consider the vast majority of home invasions happen when the house is empty. Odds are, he isn't looking for a fight, he didn't know I was home.

Love the out of context crap you spew. Claiming the GOP as violent for 1 blogger responding to the leaders of the CBC and the democratic parties' call for warfare is dishonest, but what can we expect from a troll like you and the liberal liars.
