Who would Jesus shoot?

Trijicon has been caught up in the stupid trend of blind advertising. ie, "the method is more important than the message."

Ok, first of all, there was no FRAPPING VERSE visible on any part of the scopes. Secondly, the owner of the company is a Christian who was doing what he thought right. He chose this as a way to show his devotion.

Thirdly and lastly (FOR THE 100TH FRAPPING TIME !!) if the media had not told people (to include the posters on this forum) what the vague alpha-numeric coding on the serial number meant then none of you would have a frapping thing to post about.

I lived in Michigan for quite a few amount of years. It is a very religious state believe it or not. People take to heart (much like Tebow) the bible there. It is not uncommon at ALL to know people who tattoo them on themselves, all over their house, or what have ya. Them putting those phrases does nothing to hinder my ability to use one of the best scopes on the market to kill someone before they kill me. Are you all ready to lose a great product for something inferior to it simply because it makes reference to the bible in a way that unless someone knew either how to decipher the side of the scope or worked there, would know?

From what I have read outside of military papers (meaning CNN and Foxnews and regional papers) they are either demanding they take it off or they are going someplace else to purchase the next set of sights after this contract is up. How does having this on a scope somehow affect your ability to look down it at someone and pull the trigger?

And to your last part, why does that even matter?
