I think this is better than any gov run health care program. The real question is, will it only be for Americans? At least with a degree, you could usually find a job the provides health care or be able to affor your own. Still sucks that we the people will be flipping the bill for all these kids to go to school and party and play while some will get a true education. Does this program have any stipulation about having good grades in high school to appy for this, or can any dumb@$$ able to apply?
