I'm leaning towards China.
Only on the basis that they already own quite a large bit of US money, and has potential control of our bank system. Militarily wise they have been greatly over exaggerated. China's manpower is obviously ahead of the US, but per capita, I heard it was much smaller. The Size of the Chinese army actually hurts it's modernization progress more than it helps. China cannot develop modern military forces unless it either greatly increases military spending or drastically cuts the size of its forces. Plus, no offense to them, I just as of yet cannot accept to be China's or an Asian Countries whipping dog, which is why I would be worried about them. |

I disagree, but at least you are cooperating. Russia's military is more of a threat because they have the potential to destroy the world. China can't, even though they have some nukes. Economically, China may be better but Russia is using their oil to a diplomatic advantage. |
