Anyone who has or had kids in an urban school district know this.
My daughters freshman English teacher took matters into her own hands. She put the misbehaving cretins in the back of the room and concentrated on the kids who actually WANTED to learn. Guess the race of the kids who WANTED to learn.

This policy is going to destroy what is left of our public schools.
