I have two friends who live in (Central) Tokyo. It was North Tokyo that got it pretty badly. Trains and buses were suspended so when I talked to him in the morning he thought his wife'd have to stay at work for the night. There had also been 5 aftershocks or so. Must be a weird feeling. They had almost moved to Miyagi :O
