All 21 reported cases of rape with aggravated assault — the highest number since records were started — in the Norwegian capital of Oslo last year were committed by “non-Western immigrants” and 90 percent of all rape victims were Norwegian women, police have announced.
Oslo police spokesman Hanne Kristine Rohde defied the strictures of political correctness to release the figures in an interview on the national Norwegian broadcaster, NRK. She said she was aware that the “statistics are controversial.” When she was asked by NRK if the police were not “stigmatising an entire community” by releasing the statistics, Ms Rohde said she “wants to contribute to a better and safe world. That’s why the truth needs to be told. I hope the debate will focus on that,” she told NRK. According to the police figures, the number of rapes with violent assault committed in Oslo also doubled compared to 2008. According to the police statement, “in each and every case, not only in 2008 and 2009 but also in 2007, the offender was a non-Western immigrant. At the same time, in 9 out of 10 cases, the victim was Norwegian, not just by nationality, but also by ethnicity.” The NRK report concluded that “not a single one of the offenders had a Western background. Four people have been arrested. In all other cases, the victims reported that the offenders either looked like non-Western immigrants, or they spoke a non-Western language. Not a single case has been connected to a Western man.” According to official figures released in 2008, Third World immigration accounted for 25 percent of Oslo’s population. Data from the city and state statistics bureau shows that of Oslo’s 560,484 residents, 137,878 were immigrants. Guess I am not moving to Oslo. Link |

Hardly surprising.
When people immigrate, they bring their culture with them. Low cultures, prominent in third world countries, have deleterious effects on high cultures, like those in western nations. With every Somalian/mexican/etc. that you bring into your country, you bring a little bit of that country in too. In small doses, the dominant high culture can absorb and negate the lower culture. But when you get concentrations high enough to form an insular ghetto, the low culture can resist. This is exactly what’s happened to france, a third world country ringing their cities. |

21 rapes in one year??? Yes, it is not good that number is going up (unless the rapes have been occurring all along and the only increase is the actual reporting of the existing crime), but to bash them from a city where we'd be lucky if double that number were reported in one month (from this site http://ucr.psp.state.pa.us/UCR/Repor...mOffenseUI.asp it looks like we regularly have 100+ rape reports per month) is a little ballsy.

Agreed. Where the Blame Lies: 1891 Not to mention the Irish! Low culture at its lowest. |

Or low cultures like from Poland and Italy as in this lithograph: Thankfully we never let them become presidents. |

Or low cultures like from Poland and Italy as in this lithograph: In the 1890’s, the third world invented a slightly newer way to carve a mask. If you can’t see the difference in cultures, it’s beyond doubt that you’ve been blinded by egalitarianism. |

In the 1890’s, the civilized world invented color photography, the radio, the diesel engine, and the magnetic tape recorder. Arabs the modern numeral system--> 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 South America had aqueducts before the Romans. Western Europe just stole it all and claimed it for themselves because no one could prove they didn't at the time. Now we can and we have. You were saying? |

In the 1890’s, the civilized world invented color photography, the radio, the diesel engine, and the magnetic tape recorder. A slight newer way to carve a mask which inspired Picasso, and others. Having spent some time in Peru and seen the work of the Inca and that their designs and cities still function today while many "western" cities are falling apart I have developed a greater respect for their work. The Chinese weaving a wooden bridge together. I admire technology regardless of the race or education of the inventor. That is not blindness. That is enlightenment. |

I admire technology regardless of the race or education of the inventor. That is not blindness. That is enlightenment. If it was a race issue, one would have to explain why people from all over the earth could come here and make contributions. The reason people from anywhere can come here and make contributions is because they EMBRACE OUR CULTURE. Granted, it's a whole lot easier if you come from another first or second world culture, but anyone who embraces ours has the chance to contribute. As for education, the importance of education is part of culture. The putting of a man on the moon is not, and never will be the equivalent of putting a bone through your nose. |

And look at all they've produced since then. CENTURIES of total stagnation, pulled along only by the civilized cultures benevolently bringing our advances to them, and even then, only with mixed results. |
