Israel should take over Palenstine and start having the military patrol the streets.Any palestine who refuses to cooperate with Israel authorities just shoot him.And Isreal should handle terrorist all over the world.The US give more military aid to israel and trade tech secrets so they can fight terrorist without having the UN involved. Your timeliness are mixed again. France's veto was years after the Kosovo war you have no argument.

If you are implying that, America should not of taken part in the Kosovo war because America was not threatened in any way,
and therefore Europe should handle it's own problems;

You should first ask yourself although France vetoed and the UN discouraged any aggression, why on earth did America challenge the UN charter - chapters 41 & 42 as members and see it fit to attack Iraq, although Iraq couldn't possibly threat America with military or nuclear force and that the UN council claimed the aggression as illegal.

So please do tell me, WHY DID AMERICA ATTACK IRAQ who had a boyscout army.
