No i have it under my seat
If you do not have a concealed carry permit you are illegally concealing the weapon.

Damn. Wish that cop that pulled you over had seen it.

You know you're breaking the law, right?

I'm pretty sure even the "make my day" laws don't allow you to carry a concealed weapon. And, in every case I've ever heard of, "under the seat" in a car is considered "concealed".

Yep. It'll catch up with him eventually. I just hope he doesn't end up hurting/killing an innocent.

Hmm.

Given your sub-$7 hourly wage, I suspect your car is low on the carjacking priority list. And, given that most of those carjackers are armed, I predict 2 options were someone (very unlikely scenario) to point a gun at you and demand your car:

1) You wet your pants, get out of the car, and run screaming away

2) You get stupid, try to reach for the gun under your seat, and end up with a bullet in your head

My bigger fear is that your temper (as demonstrated with some of your posts) and that your hatred of police officers (again, well documented) will cause you do do something stupid the next time you get pulled over, and then some police officer is going to have to live with killing some poor, disabled, 40-year-old virgin.

Not Really,,,Carjacker doesnt know what im doing.Just like Corperal Wolfe didnt know what the criminal was gonna do when he pulled him over on a routine traffic stop.Today Corperal Wolfe is 6 feet buried down in the ground and the guy who shot him got life in prison by a liberal maryland judge instead of the death penalty.

Most states (is it all?) require a jury to impose the death penalty.

I'd bet that the criminal that shot that police officer was carrying, not reaching under the seat.

How would a carjacker not know what you are doing? Reaching under seat when you already have a gun to your head will most likely get you killed. They don't tell you ahead of time that they are jacking you, they run up to the window brandishing a gun. You do something that scares them, they squeeze the trigger.
