2 Milwaukee schools punished after rowdy postgame fight

MILWAUKEE Parents or guardians of basketball players will be the only fans allowed to watch two Milwaukee high school teams play after a melee last night led to six injuries and ten arrests.
Bradley Tech's boys team defeated Bay View High School 82-to-81 in an emotionally charged overtime upset. Tech students rushed their court in celebration, but it soon turned rowdy, with several fights breaking out on the gym's floor and one woman jumping on the back of a police officer.

The six injured included four police officers, a 15-year-old student and an 18-year-old student who apparently suffered a seizure and could not be reached by officers trying to assist her.

Officers sent out a citywide call for support, drawing dozens of squads to Bradley Tech. Even after police cleared the school, fans continued to yell at each other in the street.

None of the injuries was considered life threatening, but two officers suffered broken bones. The arrests were mostly for disorderly conduct, except for one count of battery to a police officer.

Milwaukee Public Schools spokeswoman Roseann St. Aubin says students involved in the fight face suspension or expulsion.

Remember 2 years ago there was a brawl at the NBA game in Detroit Ron Artest threw a punch at a fan who threw a cup of beer at Ron Artest? Well the Detroit Police arrested NO NBA PLAYERS simply because they have money.But when its a High School game OH YEAH Cops will bust people players and fans.It proves cops ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS..Like how Bullshit public education teachers preach those lies to kids.Cops are not friendly TO NO ONE!! State politicans will not disapline Police chiefs,Captians or Majors.Back in the 1950s they acted professonaly and accordinly.Why Police wont arrest professonal players when they commit acts on the field or on the courts? Simply because theyre chickenshit of the players agents and their lawyers.Remember Boston Police wont arrest those 2 New York Yankee pitchers who assulted a member of the Redsox grounds crew one of them was Jeff Nelson and i forgot who the other one was.But those yankee pitchers never faced assult charges.The only way you can arrest a ballplayer if hes in street clothes on the street not in uniform.
