I just watched the state of the Union 2007 and what I noticed was the Jewish stars of david on the Senate benches, I've looked everywhere to find an answer to why this is but I didn't find anything.
Can anyone here explain this to me because I'm interested in the history of your country, maybe the Jews made the Senate building for you or something....? Unfortunately I don't have a picture to show but I do have a link to a part of the State of the Union where it is visible in many shots, also behind Obama and Clinton. -> YouTube - state of the union 1-4 2007 If this is in the wrong section of the forum I'm sorry and mods can just move this thread. thank you, I'm interested to know but couldn't find any info anywhere so... |

The State of the Union address takes place in the House chamber, not the Senate ...'cuz the House chamber is bigger.
Not sure about the stars. When I was a kid, I got to sit in the Speaker's chair (my uncle worked for Speaker McCormack), but any memory of stars on the backs of chairs/benches is long gone. Sorry. |

They aren't stars of David. They are more than likely just stars that represent the states. Each star on the U.S. flag represents each state and members of Congress represent their states. these are really like the stars of david (two triangulars one turned around) Maybe in the bible these are also worshipped...? to curly: watch the link in the opening post, you'll see them behind Senator Obama and Clinton when the camera is pointed at them. |

the stars that are on your flag are really different than those I've seen in that video in the State of the Union. |
