the sorry point of this all is, the UN is not answerable to any but the dues payers....and when we don't want to suppt. them and ask for reform we are pilloried fir it...no one wants to discuss serious reform Bolton fought the “reform" of the civil rights commission tooth and nail and was beat up for his effort..who here thinks the UNs commission on civil rights is a righteous body?

actually we were finishing the afghan thing at the time(initial invasion) and it took time to get forces positioned to invade iraq
