This is an honest question. Do you really believe that the federal government would allow someone that isn't native born to be president?

Native born means ineligible. Only Natural Born are eligible. Hence, the need for an enforcement vehicle.

I don't exactly put that much trust in our government, but I at least put enough into it to believe that something that basic wouldn't be overlooked or covered up by the feds just so someone could retain the office. What Feds are you talking about? The only 3 neccessary in 2008 were Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi & Diane Feinstein. Had McCain won it would have been Steele, McConnell & Boehner. Raise your suspicions any?

It's more than that...it's contradictory and inhibiting.

For all the bill's stressing of the supposed essential aspect of having a long form produced or if unavailable then a set of alternative options if available (for example, some males don't get circumcised and obviously women thankfully don't get legally circumcised in the US), AZ stopped doing long form birth certificates in 1989. Future AZ born eligible people born in 1990 and thereafter wouldn't be able to produce one.

A certified birth certificate that can typically be used for travel, passport, proof of citizenship, social security, driver's license, school registration, personal identification and other legal purposes. The Birth Certificate - Short is available for events that occurred within the State of Arizona from 1990 to present.
