Liberals have a bad habit of interpreting the constitution whichever way suits their liberal position.

Facts are most progressives wouldn't give two shits about what the constitution says..
Apparently, the real fact is that you clearly haven't read the Constitution, nor would you understand it if you had.

That is a sad, sad thing.

^^ Thats where I pulled it out my ass.

Save your tax bullshit lies.... It all comes back in their pension - if not more.
So, you pulled it straight out of your ass, and didn't bother to fact check. What a surprise.

Well, your source was wrong. As are you.

Now, I could take the time to explain how a defined benefit plan works, but I fear that it'd be the equivalent of explaining physics to a cockatoo, and clearly it wouldn't be the effort.

Edit - actually, I just took a closer look at your "source" and it's clear that you're even more full of it than initially thought. By what terms did you conduct your search on that site? It doesn't provide averages, just a text dump.

Assuming you actually did anything at all.

And conservatives interpret the Constitution whichever way suits theirs.

The Constitution is somewhat like the Bible. There are varying ways to view it, and some people take stricter views than others. Also, ideology largely determines what parts are taken more strictly than others.

Conservatives tend to be loose in their interpretation of the 2nd Amendment so as to include individuals as having the right to bear arms and not just militias, while taking a more strict interpretation of other parts like the 14th Amendment. Liberals will often do the reverse.

No, they're just greedy fools who dont give two fucks about the state and its finances just as long as they're getting paid their 90k salaries and their 90k pensions along with their free health care..

Of course they want taxes raised because their fucking taxes go right back into their pockets.

What they are is drains on society that would amount to nothing if they weren't protected by union thugs and constant threats of walkouts.

Fuck them...
hail thee Nick!

but matey, these folks....the protestin' teachers in particular, really do care about the state and its finances. Wisconsin happens to have a really good record in public education, the teachers that that state hath been blessed with are doin' a wonderful job. the fact that these the teachers 'o this state are excellin' at thar duties, in and of itself, be a wonderful contribution to both the well bein' 'o Wisconsin and its finances.

regardin' the 90K average pay fer teachers, could ye perhaps gimme a link fer that figure? imma little skeptical that yer figures be correct, but would be happy to be proven wrong.

also, why so much profanity in yer writings, Mr.Nick?

Oh, man, you're killin me. Sam Kinison had nothing on you.

First, democrat liberal. I know that you're probably not capable of anything but binary thinking, but I'm gonna throw that out there, just in case.

Second, if it was filibuster proof, how is it that the GOP had more filibusters than, well, ever seen in history? Hmm?
Whatever the fuck you leftists call yourselves at any given time filibuster proof super majority!!!

Is that too much to ask??

Thats fucking greedy.... Unions never budge but leftists are the first ones to cry compromise...

hail thee, Mr. Nick!

oh, i don't doubt thar be pockets 'o Wisconsin that be plaqued with underperformin' schools....imma just sayin' overall, on a statewide basis, Wisconsin compares very favorably to other states in terms 'o graduation rate per capita.

they got some fine educators thar, matey. it seems that if ye have an axe to grind, it might be better to pick someone other than the teachers 'o Wisconsin.

they be doin' a fine job. and, just so ye know...these educators really aren't greedy. startin' pay fer a teacher in Wisconsin ranks 49th in the entire nation. plus, whatever conclusions ye drew from yer link be errant.

average pay in that state fer its educators be around $46k per year. i hope this new information makes thee less angry.

Dodger. Profane loudmouth. Infantile. Whatever you call yourself.

You have several outstanding questions. Instead of the bluster, why not try answering them?

Or admit that you can't because you're all bluster.

The 2nd Amendment is quite clear, while the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment could be interpreted justify communism.

The equal protection clause is so goddamn vague it should be repealed.

As far as the 2nd amendment - the people are the militia.

You have to scroll through Wisconsin and look for teachers and you will CLEARLY see that teachers make between 70-90k with principals and other administrators making 100k++

Then ask your questions.
1) What query did you use on your "source" to support your $90,000 teacher salary claim?

2) How do you explain the highest number of filibusters in US history happening if there was a filibuster-proof majority?

Some teachers. High salaries range from $39,229 to $116,066. Average high salary (sorted by district) is $63,268. Average low salaries are at $30,871.

Thirty grand for a job requiring post-graduate study.

And you think teachers are overpaid?

Oh, and the average experience is 15 1/2 years.

Incoherent as he may be he is somewhat right. You have to go all the way back to 1937 to find a President who had the power Obama had before 2010.

The whole thing was held up by, I think, 5 people at the most. Kennedy would have called them in and "jawboned" them and public option healthcare would have been a reality by 2009.

A President, or any politician for that matter, must be able to use power as well as gain it.
