China's growth forecast cut by IMF.
Hi guys I came across a recent news that IMF recently cut the china’s growth rate projection .IMF said the the second largest economy have a growth rate of approx 7.7% and should be continue same in 2014 as previous projection was 8% for 2013 the IMF made in its World Economic Outlook, published last month.
Yeah I heard it that IMF lowered the projection growth rate of china’s economy as comparison to previous estimation. it is majority because of due to economic weakness due to which the global economy set to hit the exports badly and hence lead to lower projection of china’s GDP growth.
According to IMF deputy chairman China’s export growing well and showing a rapid growth but there is some sluggishness a the global economy weakens and the export also hit badly that need to take the overall effect on the global economy. According to IMF deputy chairman they were some growth in some sectors.
Yes there were few sectors that show extremely low level of growth rate like social financing and a relaxation of controls on interest rates and the exchange rate. All these measures are taken as a factor that are responsible for the low growth rate.
But despite the slow growth rate IMF said investors said that to keep positive hopes that economy should grow well at least in the second half of the year. they also said that we should keep in the mind that china is really doing well and once the economy tighten the china perform the best play.
