BANNU: Militants have fired at least three rockets on a police station in Bannu, Geo News reported.

A heavy shootout followed the rocket attacks on Ghouri Wala Police station, Geo News learnt.

According to initial reports, policemen were holding their ground valiantly so far, but battle was intensifying bit by bit.

More details have yet to come.
