Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that Raymond Davis file was in his custody and will present in the LHC over court orders. He said that no foreigner was allowed to carry arms in any part of the country.
Talking to media after visiting FIA headquarters in Islamabad, Malik said that Raymond’s passport was in the custody of Punjab government and it was impossible for him to make any changes in it. He said that FIA Act 1974 would be amended to improve its performance. He said that monitoring of the officials would be made to make FIA a corruption-free institution.
