Still why is everyone stepping out of Congress all of a sudden, and from both sides? And why, in some cases, is it happening so close to Election Day, when some people are not even talking about completing their terms? You wasted funds and America's time just to screw up Congress?

Does anyone think there's a bit of fear after Gabby Giffords was shot that has these people running scared? After years of some of them scaring the populace (Claire? ), has fear come back home to roost in Washington?
