We are in terrible straits this presidential election. We have a choice between a president who has posed more of a danger to personal freedom than any in the past 150 years and a Republican team that wants to return to Bush-style big government.
Even though Mr. Ryan is a smart and humble and likeable man who was once a disciple of Ayn Rand on economics, the Republicans want the Bush days of war and spending beyond our means and assaults on civil liberties to return. The Bush years were bad for freedom; without them, we would not have had an Obama administration. What do members of this forum want? |

I'll be writing in Ron Paul. I think I will too.. After all the abuse directed at Dr. Paul and his supporters from so many prominent republicans, and especially given the childish nature of so much of that abuse, it's obvious that they don't want my vote anyway.. Even if they suddenly claimed they did, people who behave like that don't deserve it.
Fuck them all with a rake.. I'm sick of endless wars and Constitution shitting.. and I don't give a fuck about Obama. He's only there to begin with, because the Republicans sucked so bad.. |

Return to freedom with ? I can't believe there are people out there that believe that loony shit. He approves of the NDAA ans Patriot Act. He wants gun control, well now he doesn't, well who the hell knows what Mitt believes? Even he can't believe his own beliefs, he's changed his positions for money and political benefit more than a prostitute. Its Ron Paul, Gary Johnson, or more of the same unconstitutional, liberty diminishing, war mongering, deficit growing, big government... Republicrat or Democlican.

In reality, all we get to choose is who our next slave owner will be. For most, that's good enough for people to think they have a choice. If you don't vote at all then it's the same as voting for Obama...it just puts you in the position of saying ...well, I did'nt vote fot him and perhaps salves your conscience somewhat when you see the maelstrom he unleashes...at the goading of his "sponsors". And that, my children, is another story unto itself. |

I just hope that regardless you will vote for Mitt in November because if we dont rid this country of Obama in 2012 nothing else matters anyway. This race is close and it boggles my mind that some people are actually going to waste a vote on 3rd party candidates at this crossroads in our nations history. Obama has to go. |
