In actually doing so, you'll be facilitating stoned behavior (reckless driving, risky activities near innocent people, etc.) and letting the government profit off of the suffering of others. Marijuana is pretty much the most dangerous substance known to man, it has no medicinal purposes that you couldn't already get through legal prescriptions, people who use the drug are of no worth to society, and the drug destroys all traces of American ideals and morals. People should put down the blunt and look beyond what monetary gain there may be through legalization. Take a look at what it does to society as a whole. Hell, just ask yourself when was the last time you've heard someone speak out in favor of making pot legal that wasn't already a stoner, and you'll see why the drug remains illegal.

Depends on if you're going by death rates. Meth and heroin are inherently worse for your body and have caused more deaths statistically. Alcohol is also objectively worse, even leading to poisoning which can prove fatal. All three of which you can OD on. It'd be impossible to OD on marijuana because you'd pass out of oxygen deprivation before you could even reach the first interval. |

I don't think it will be "good" at all.. But, the Federal WOD is clearly Unconstitutional. Is it unconstitutional to require that booze producers be licensed? Why is it unconstitutional to enforce laws on illegal substances? If you don't like the laws, fine, change them. But enforcing laws that are on the books is not unconstitutional. |
