Supplying weapons to one drug cartel (SINALOA) in exchange for 'favors' performed inside Mexico while simultaneously subverting the 2nd Amendment in the US.
Holder and Obama took an already established program and subverted it to use in their schemes.

This whole thing is way worse than what Nixon or Clinton were accused of.

-----------------------------------------

"In proceedings filed in a Chicago federal court, defendant Vicente Jesus Zambada-Niebla claims that the Department of Justice struck a deal with leaders of the Sinaloa drug cartel, in which cartel leaders received Fast & Furious guns in exchange for providing information and assistance against other drug and crime cartel organizations. Congress' own investigative report into Fast & Furious shows that the majority of "walked" guns wound up in the hands of none other than Zambada-Niebla's Sinaloa cartel. Zambada-Niebla is the son of one of the wealthiest and most powerful men in Mexico, and Zambada-Niebla claims that the Sinaloa's own Mexico based attorney brokered the deal with US government officials."

"The defendant's attorneys filed documents which specifically named the Fast & Furious operation last July, well before Holder's scandal became widely publicized. Court documents report that Zambada-Niebla's attorneys claim to have supporting evidence. As soon as Zambada-Niebla's attorney filed the motion regarding the evidence mentioned above, Eric Holder's Department of Justice immediately filed a motion to invoke the "Classified Information Procedures Act" – effectively silencing all further court proceedings."

Remember that weapons cache that was found in a Sinaloa safe house in Mexico full of Fast and Furious guns?

He will lose the fight or the election?
He'll lose the election.. Likely to lose a court battle also.

So, here we are.. We've created and trained the Zetas.. We're arming one side in a drug war.. Our border policy is non-existant.. Even in a post 911 world.

There's nothing kooky about seeing a relationship between these things.. And assuming that if we gave them the guns, it's because we want them to have the guns.

From your fingers to God's ears, Hoffa. I do agree with you on both counts.

If he loses the election (which I think he will), and this Holder F&F thing drags on past January, is he still culpable after he's gone from office? And at what penalty? Actually I think I'm asking about both Obama & Holder because wouldn't retain Holder.

Multiple counts of criminal conspiracy.
Accessory to murder.
Obstruction of justice.
Perjury.

THEY'll concentrate on the obstruction of justice and perjury and deflect everyone's attention with a jizz stained dress and bombed aspirin and baby milk factories while the real crimes go unanswered and the structure behind the drug running/money laundering will remain intact.

He absolutely is.. And I don't know what penalty. I'm sure that domestically and internationally it could become a difficult situation. Guy could have to join the Henry Kissinger Travel Club over something this big.

But I don't think that will happen.. He's BLACK.. and the GOP won't want to be seen as persecuting him.

Just being gone will be enough for them.

I just hope it's THAT innocent..

Because the other alternative is a cross border drug smuggling franchise we're permitting to operate.. Presumably for a portion of the proceeds.
I'd be happier with that......at least that would be a money maker.

I strongly suspect that's what's going on.. And I can see where well meaning people could get into such a thing..

"We can't have the oversight.. We need plausable deniability and we need to fund the NGO's to do their good work. There will be drug use anyway, would it be better to take money from the bad people and fund our good work? Or to tax the American people?"

And that would open the door.

Did anyone actually read the link I posted the other day,
about the radioactive guns?

It posed a viable scenario, from an insider's pov,

and I think it rested on an insider's "testimony" regarding the facts.

It had NOTHING to do with J-H's BRILLIANT idea of how we could have been able to track them,

but was interesting, nonetheless.
