Default Which party do you affiliate with and why?
Just curious. Which party do you align yourself with and why?

No party. Not because I wouldn't... but I do not see either of the two monopolies as directly beneficiary to me at the moment. They are in some ways vanguards, but they're both in on it together to keep the U.S. a regressive, free market, shit hole. I actually encourage the dogmatic, "tout the party line" crap. What I can't stand is how adhering to the party has turned both of them into sycophants for the rich.

What I instead advocate... is "paragon vs renegade alignment". I consider MaoistRebel paragon, and myself renegade. Although it's not actually that simple... MaoistRebel is a lot more deceptive and manipulative then I am. (Renegade) But I'm also a lot more obnoxious, inconsiderate, and anti-social then he is. (Also renegade)

It basically amounts to mean versus nice, reform versus revolution. MaoistRebel believes in a nice revolution, I believe in mean reform. So in a way, neither one of us is even paragon or renegade strictly. But more like militantly neutral.

I'm a registered Independent. It's fitting - my views are all over the map, depending on the issue.

Is there an Independent primary?
I'm a registered Democrat and I am a district leader.
Considering that presently we have a two party system, I feel that I can have a tiny bit of influence by being involved with an established party and trying to effect change from within.

Since I'm considered somewhat of a renegade, it's kind of difficult.
But I'm in New Jersey so one can hardly tell the Democrats for the Republicans; they're all corrupt as hell.

I'm a registered Republican and I don't (usually) vote for democrats.. But, I have to say, for all practical intents and purposes, I'm an independent.

I wrote "Osama Bin laden" into the Presidential box once, I was so upset with the choices I was given.. and just proceeded to vote for my local and state reps.

I think the lack of loyalty to a party from those of like idealogy is what makes elected officials ineffective at times. If your party is about not rewarding lazy fuckism and niggers and they are anti baby killer then you stay united in the spirit of such.

The problem I have is MY PARTY doesn't want to affiliate with me till election time.. And I'm getting a little sick of it.

I don't have time for flighty relationships like this..

Um, and even then, they get so desperate, they'll jump ship, despite what they've promised you. Who can really know what they're capable of....

Until it's too late.
