Fascists rebuilding Nazi Germany?

There are some similarities between the Nazi era in Germany and contemporary China.

Complete dictatorial control from the bottom to the top. While some investment is permitted, and there's a bit of property ownership and consumerism, don't kid yourself.. Everything is included here. They can displace you at will. Jail you at will. (Happens even to big "businessmen" there. Fall from favor and no one is immune.) Companies are government partnerships. They do siting.. etc.

Partition you to a certain part of the the country with internal travel documents. (Oh yeah.. You didn't think people could just travel around free?)

They censor the media and counter with state run propaganda.

Thoroughly secular.. Their government is not religiously aligned, and has no moral base.. Every problem is approached and resolved via technocratic means.. often times brutally. We're talking about a nation that will implement a one child policy. That's the stuff of secular technocrats. Selling of organs.. Euthanasia is becoming a hot topic there.. Instead, they preach nationalism.

Their government seeks to be a regional, if not a world power.. They rest in many nations. They (actually we) are building a blue water navy there.

They are keenly interested in technological advancement and education.

Brutality isn't something they shy from.. China thinks nothing of abusing inferior niggers in Africa to sustain themselves and provide resources. There's no moral consideration given to this.

While I don't support either system, I've noticed that even though both ideologies have some similarities, there is one distinct contrast between communism and national socialism.
Communism always turns on it's own people but national socialism benefited it's people.

That's kinda it.. I was thinking about it and I don't really SEE much of a difference.

The right is more open to investment.. ?

TYRANNY REMOVES MOTIVATION AND TRIES TO MAKE DO

WITH RULES AND COERCION.

IT HAS NEVER BEEN SUCCESSFUL.

WEALTH DECLINES.

WHERE OWNERSHIP IS ALLOWED, THE MAJORITY WILL

BE PRODUCTIVE WITHOUT ANY COERCION.... USUALLY

HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE. WEALTH INCREASES RAPIDLY.

Communism can be reliably counted upon to fail under its own weight..

But this? It's different from the soviet system and Cuba..

This may be the "Thousand Year Reich" Hitler dreamed of..

It's smart. It's agile. It uses industry, technology and investment as opposed to shunning it.

AndyPharmc 06-16-2012 06:53 PM

But it's still a top down dictatorship.. Totally.

It has none of the weaknesses of, say.. North Korea.

It's more like Nazi Germany than anything we've ever seen from the commies..

China never embraced Soviet style government. I've seen old footage of them openly shunning Khrushchev for comparing the two countries.
And you're right, the Chinese typically think in thousand year terms. They don't seek instant gratification like we do.

Prererularl 06-16-2012 06:57 PM

Commies erect these ridiculous state entities and basically play "ant farm" to provide for everybody.. They spend their time trying to provide a sort of managed austerity while building their military up.. They're like a virus, and try to replicate their broken selves elsewhere with out of date junk for arms and a shoe string budget.

Germany was quite different.. Production was the goal. Nationalism drove their expansion. Growth was rewarded.. Never stagnant.. Always moving.

And they see greatness in themselves.. To them, it's the natural state of things.. To their way of thinking, they're a great power and others are simply inferior and will eventually be shunted aside.

Similar to Germany.

And it's easier to provided for everyone when you kill off a large swath of the population! http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/lol1.gif

Scary thing is, they might be right.
