no and yes. one of the real quandrys with the threat of going from yellow to orange is the vigilance of someone doing this on a daily basis. and theres no quick fix either. sites are just too many in PA alone. even in new orleans they have over 4000 of them buried. i think those are less of a threat then the ones on top of mountains because of the natural warmth down there.
