The term “food,” as used herein, shall include all articles used for food, drink, confectionery, or condiment by man or other animals, whether simple, mixed, or compound.

SEC. 12

That the term "Territory" as used in this Act shall include the insular possessions of the United States.
The word "person" as used in this Act shall be construed to import both the plural and the singular, as the case demands, and shall include corporations, companies, societies and associations.

A progressive egomaniac. Certainly a larger than life figure, but likely a complete douchebag in real life. Didn't like those big companies, so he figured he was going to do something about it. Heard about a book that told of horrors in meat packing plants out west in Chicago, so he figured he was going to do something about it. Heard about people getting their heads bashed in playing this new-fangled sport "football," so he figured out he was going to do something about it. Heard the Ivans and the Japs were having a little war and he didn't have a place in it, so he figured he was going to do something about it.
