Don't pay attention to the fact that the only cut in his economic plan, is cutting 5% of the federal workforce, while growing overall government spending, every year of his term(s), and for decades into the future.

Don't pay attention to the fact that has no record of being particularly interested in liberty. Invented the mandate, even.

I think you're taking liberties with your interpretation of his history and words. You're doing a little bit of personal coloring.

On the economy, just having Obama and his "fuck private enterprise" attitude out of the way is going to reawaken the business world and make them feel safe in bringing those trillions that are on the sidelines back into play. Reagan was the beneficiary of a similar attitude change after Mr. Peanut was ousted.

He cut spending and raised taxes/fees to get to a balanced budget. I don't know what else you expect a Republican governor to do in a state where Democrats owned the legislature. How will he do with a Republican House and Senate? We shall see, but I doubt it will include raising taxes. I'm all for flattening it out and removing exemptions, as he has talked about.

Is he perfect? Hardly. But he's not out to grudge-fuck successful people. When they realize that and the pressure that they feel today is off, we're off to the races.

There is no magic man that we can place in the White House to fix things.

We have to fix things. Us.

We have to stop looking to the federal government to save us, and start hamstringing the federal government.

I would rather see continued gridlock between the Congress and Obama, and increasing debt, that will force a change, than see and the shitlick Congress work together to kick the can down the road.
