He's not VP material.. But he's going to be VERY ATTRACTIVE because he's hispanic and he's from Florida..

just about must win Florida.. So..
true that needs fla and true that the GOP needs the hispanic vote, not necessarily true that rubio could deliver both.

if obama continues with his class warfare and wild ass spending, fla and hispanics could tell him to fuck off

what part of it is shit?

“What happens all over the world is our business. Every aspect of [our] lives is directly impacted by global events. The security of our cities is connected to the security of small hamlets in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia.”
All of it.. We're not TEAM USA, WORLD POLICE.. and we can't afford to be.

Fuck Yemen.. A fucking spic could drag an aircraft carrier across the southern border with a mule..

Yemen?

As far as foreign affairs goes? I'm sure he and Rubio are in agreement.
Does rubio believe that the US is inherently evil? does rubio think the US should be punished for its past? does rubio bow to foreign kings? does rubio want the UN to control US policy? No, jes they are not the same.

"Thank you, Senator Lieberman. One of the best things about working in the Senate is the opportunity to know and learn from colleagues whose statesmanship sets an example for the rest of us. In my brief time in the Senate, I’ve had the chance to get to know Joe, and learn from him. He represents a view of America’s role in the world in the tradition of Democratic leaders from Franklin Roosevelt and Harry Truman through John F. Kennedy and Scoop Jackson. In my every experience with him, it’s always been evident that Joe Lieberman is a statesman, who takes positions on every important national security issue because he believes they best serve our country’s interests and values. Thank you, Joe, for the introduction, and for your example. It’s a privilege to serve with you."

You know.. There's another argument on the latest "Joo Thread" about why they were cast out of place after place for thousands of years..

Their view? "Oy vey! We didn't do nothing! They just hate us for being Jewish!!!"

I don't buy that.. I've seen too much. Examples abound.. Even today.

Likewise, at least some of our adversaries don't like us because of our actions.. Iran would be a fantastic example of foreign policy blow back.

That's our fault.. We don't have the time, the resources or the cash to police every "hamlet" in Yemen.. Or anywhere else.

Modifying our behavior would be cheaper and easier..

Largely.. Yes.
lets see if I understand you. The security of the US is not affected by what goes on in the rest of the world and we should ignore everything that happens outside our borders----------is that your position?

There's going to be Geo-political conflicts no matter what we do..

But running around acting like a bunch of dicks will only exacerbate those problems.

We should be the indispensable nation.. Not a globalized version of the TSA.

It depends.. Do I think policing "hamlets" in Yemen is a top priority?.

No, I don't..

Well, what do you suppose he means by that?

I take it as a global license for mischief making..

lieberman is an ex-dem who became independent when his party dumped on him.

if voices are your criteria, then why not vote for James Earl Jones? he has a great voice.

Does he support a sane, mutually beneficial and sophisticated foreign policy?

Because I might just do that..

I take it as being aware of whats going on around you, like looking around when you go to your car in a parking lot late at night
