Default About Ron (pops) Paul....
I hear a lot of people assuming is simply Obama white etc.. The common theme among Paul supporters is one of being very presumptious as if they know exactly how well or how poorly would perform as president. Obama is a proven failure so he has no dog (pun intended) in this fight. However, back to being presumptious how is it and why is it that RP supporters automatically assume that even if he was president he would or even could do everything he says? Would someone take a shot at this?....

I have been supporting Ron Paul heavily. I voted for him in the primary, and I'll vote for him if he is on the ballot in November.

But it could be anybody. I'm not infatuated with the man, I'm married to the ideas. When people want to talk about his age, or his voice, or his looks, they've already missed the point. They've left the real conversation behind.

Now, is =Obama? I don't know. But he certainly is the mascot for the republican status quo. And I hate the republican status quo. I wouldn't vote for Obama for anything. But I'm certainly not going to vote for the current national platform of the RNC, either. I find it offensive.

As I've said repeatedly, if you guys will join me in voting for someone outside the current corrupted box, we can go somewhere. Otherwise, we're going nowhere.

Vote for liberty. Vote for constitutionalism. It's your only chance.

What more is there? From the time he took the position of governor until now, can it be honestly reported that he has alleviated that cliche'? More restrictions passed under his leadership, or a restoration of basic freedoms?

nice speech, but the reality is that the only chance we have of moving the country in the right direction is to remove obama and replace him with a pro-business president.

No, is not the conservative zealot that we would like. But he knows how business and finance work. He would be a step in the right direction.

Make it illegal. Fine it! Tax the hell out of it. Makes the money. Make everything illegal and crush the citizens! Make them pay! It's just good business! Get a license. An expensive license. An exorbitantly expensive license and you can run your little business. BUT, WE'LL BE WATCHING!!! You can't grow that, it's dangerous. You can't market that, it's dangerous. Let us handle what people will eat and where they will shop...

that is right out of the liberal handbook, its where obama and the dems are taking us. and you don't care if obama gets another term????? you are either very young and naive, or just old and stupid. I hope its young and naive, because you can be educated.
