Regardless of kinetic dispersment (or the lack thereof) I think I would make a great president. On my first day I would tell some people to GTFO and insert my own people in the White House. Then I would have some other people work on the manners thing for anyone left. I would also have a very pretty girl read the highlights of the WSJ and USA Today for me every day.
