I get a kick out of how some of my employees spend more weekly, than I do....on entertainment things. Movies, drinking, etc.

And I wish that was easily curable, but it's not. I have a friend who is one of the hardest working people I've ever met. He's a concreter by day, and has like 2-3 side businesses going at any one time. Dude lives to work. He's a monster.

But he's always broke! Always! And he can't figure out why! And I keep telling him, that he SOMEHOW manages to spend as much or more than he makes, and that's the beginning and the end of it. Period.

I've put in 25 hours in these past two days, for the simple reason that we are getting very busy and trying to hire, but we can't find that elusive combination of a driver's license, drug-free urine, and any kind of reasonable references or reputation...
